Overview
As part of Silverband’s onboarding process for new clients and new users of Paradigm, we conduct training sessions to make sure that the system has been properly conveyed to all our new users. With the current circumstance that we are in, we are also adapting our method of training to full-time online. However, the contents, and the way we deliver our training are still the same, constant and in a way innovative – constantly evolving to meet your business or institution needs, and the government reporting requirements.
This online training session guide will give you a preview of all the topics you will be learning from our system; provide you with all the knowledge articles, external resource links; and self-paced tasks that will help you become a confident user of Paradigm.
