Right after you have downloaded your reports in Paradigm based on the instructions on this page: TCSI PIR Downloading Data, we would highly recommend that you will do a final review of your data prior to submitting them to TCSI. The information below will guide you on ways to review your data.

Provider Information Request 2022 file templates

Our PIR reports are designed for convenience by just running the report from Report Builder in XLS format, then uploading the file to TCSI Data Entry written to have the same column headers and column order as in the required template given by the government, so it should not require manual editing.
