TCSI Submitting Data (for 2022)

Overview

With all your reports verified and finalised, you are now ready to upload your files via the TCSI Data Entry. This knowledgebase article will provide you with the assumptions required before you can successfully submit your records to TCSI and what will happen after the submission.

The following are assumed that you have already actioned prior to submitting the files:

Upload the reviewed and finalised reports that you have downloaded in Paradigm to TCSI. Refer to this government page for guidance in using TCSI Data Entry: https://www.tcsisupport.gov.au/support/using-tcsi-data-entry

Check your data

The government has the following recommendations on what to do after you have uploaded the files:

  • Check the data in TCSI to make sure it is complete and accurate

  • Verify your data – due 30 June 2022

  • A snapshot of your data will be converted into reports

  • Providers need to check the reports to ensure the data is accurate, as it cannot be changed after it is signed off
