Shows a list of all students enrolled in a specific, user-defined course, filtered by one or more of the following: enrolment status, home institution, start date, contact mode, funding type, and contact hours.
Click the "Search Course Enrolments" button, to open the "Course Enrolment" tab.
Shows an overview of the details for one student, including a student image, the enrolled courses, and the ten most recent unit enrolments. Expand this section below for an overview of the sub-menus under Student Summary or Details.
Shows a list of all students, filtered by one or more of the following: student number, given name, preferred name, family name, home institution, previous last name, and person status.
Click the "Search Student" button to show a list of all students whose details match the filters you have chosen.
Click the Add New option on the side menu to add details for a new student.
Student – Edit Contact Info
When a student record has been loaded, click on the Edit Contact Info option in the side menu to show the contact details for this student. The top section called Student Contact Details List will show all currently saved contact information for this student, and action buttons for you to add different types of contact address details. The bottom section of the page called Edit Student Contact Details is where you can add new details, or edit the details for the rows of the information shown in the top section.
Student – Login
Click on the Login option on the side menu. This section is where student system access can be created, updated and suspended. Depending on your Paradigm access level, you can: assign access levels, change the password, create a new user login, and enable or disable a student's ability to log in.
Student – USI Edit
The Unique Student Identifier is a Government requirement for VET level students. The student's details are added here to request a USI from the Government portal, and once received, add the USI to the student's record.
Student Audit Timeline
Click the Student Audit Timeline option to show a detailed log and timeline of all updates, changes and additions to the student record. The records can be filtered by student, unit enrolment and course enrolment records.
Student Timeline
Click the Student Timeline option to show a list of all changes and additions to the student record, including attachments, and a Go-To Item button that opens the Paradigm page where the change was made. The list of entries can be filtered by: Visit, Unit Enrolment, Last Verified Address, User Login History, and File Attachment.
Edit Details
Click the Edit Details option to edit details in the following subsections: Student Details, Personal Details, International Details, HEIMS Details, CHESSN Details, AVETMISS Details and Files.
Bulk Edit
The Bulk edit page will allow for multiple student records to be updated at the same time. A list of students must be loaded prior to choosing this option.
Add or edit any of the details about a course that a student is enrolled in, including the unit enrolments for that course.

Attach any file to a student's record. The electronic student record replaces paper-based student files and prevents lost and misplaced student records. Use the Files option when you need to save more than a simple note to a student record, by using the Notes option.
Add notes to a student record. This is an alternative to creating a file and attaching that file to the student record by using the Files option.
The details for many students can be edited at once. Extreme care must be taken when using this feature.
This section is a smaller version of the Communication Event page, specifically for sending personalised invoices as attachments to emails.
The Communication Event section enables sending and tracking emails to and from students, including optional attachments. Examples include Commonwealth Assistance Notices, invoices, and end of semester results. The communication status shows when the student has received or opened the email. Email templates for this section are set up in the Providers tab.
