This page provides the workflows on how to view and edit details related to a student's graduation.

Assumptions

Be advised

The pages, fields and buttons that you can see, and the items you can edit, are based on:

  • how the Paradigm system is configured for your institution, and

  • the options that are made available by your institution, and

  • the access level assigned to you by the "nominated contact person" or other Paradigm expert, according to your permission needs.

  • The student has completed the course.

  • You have an access level that allows you to create or edit student records.

  • You have an understanding of the Australian Tertiary Education System / VET Sector and the terms commonly used relating to graduations.

Implications

Warning:

Make sure that you have loaded the intended student's record, and have selected the intended course. Changing the graduation details for an unintended course or student could have system-wide implications for a different student or a different course enrolment.

Workflow

 How to Edit Graduation record
  1. Load the Student Record,  follow the steps here: Student - Search 

  2. Click on the Course Enrolment option from the side menu.

  3. Click the Course option and expand it.

  4. The COURSE ENROLMENT LIST section at the top of the page shows you a list of all course enrolments for this student.

  5. Click on the ACTIONS button on the same row for the Course to be edited.

  6. Select the Edit Graduation option in the Actions menu.

  7. On the GRADUATION section and add or edit any required details.

  8. Click on the SAVE GRADUATION DETAILS button.
