Overview
Objective
Upon Completion of this KB the user will have an understanding of what sections are available within the Provider tab.
Assumptions
- The User has the minimum required level to access the system tab and an understanding that making changes within this section has system wide implications.
- The user has an understanding of the Australian Tertiary Education System / VET Sector.
Please note: Depending on the individual users levels of access not all pages will be available or editable. If you have Full Admin level access and the pages still isn't visible it maybe either not being used at your institution or have been hidden. For more information contact the Silverband help desk

| Add New | For adding additional institutions to Paradigm |
| Edit Contact Info | The institutions contact details are stored in a similar way to that of students. From this section the details can be updated. |
| Edit Details | The finer details of the institution(s) are stored and edited from this section. |
| Notes | Any notes that need to be recorded or stored for institutional detail can be recorded here, including any file attachments |
| Search Content | Templates used for the communication module are stored in this section. |
| Add Content | Templates used for the communication module are created in this section. |
| Edit Content | Templates used for the communication module are edited in this section. |
| View Content | Templates used for the communication module can be viewed in this section. |
Implications
Editing data in any of these options has implications across the entire system and at various if not all security levels. Please ensure that any changes or updates are carefully thought through all of the implication prior to actioning.
Workflow
How to load options within the Provider tab
- Click on the Provider tab within the side menu
- Select the option to be opened and click on it
- The page page has now been loaded
