Implications

Warning

  1. Do not change Session Seq ID nor Session Group number. If you change the Session Seq ID (aka Session Class) and Session Group number for an event after you have begun enrolling students into specific sessions then you are likely to lose the session enrolments when you re-sync with Paradigm.

  2. Do not change appointments under events for dates where attendance has already been recorded.

Workflow

  1. Hover your mouse to Periods on the left hand of Configuration section

  2. Right click on Periods, and select New → Periods

  3. A Edit Resource window pops up, enter the Name, start and end date of this time period you want to create, e.g. Organisational name_2019_Trimester X.

  4. Click on Save button.

2. How to clear active filters

There are two filters on Rapla's interface. Check User Interface this page for more information.

The left hand side filter has the system-wide implication.
