Objective

Upon completion of this KB article you will be able to bulk enrol a list of students into Scheduled Unit Sessions.

Assumptions

  • You have the minimum required permission level to access the Units tab

  • You understand that making changes within this section has system wide implications

  • You have an understanding of the Australian Tertiary Education System / VET Sector.

Workflow

  1. Click on the Units tab in the side menu

  2. Click on the Scheduled Unit Details option in the side menu

  3. Click on the Bulk Session Enrol in the side menu

  4. Enter any combination of Unit Code, Unit Name, Unit Provider, Start Date, End Date (Paradigm requires at least one search criteria)

  5. Click on the Search Scheduled Unit button.

  6. This will return a list of units that meet the searched criteria

  7. Click on the tick box of the Scheduled Unit with sessions to enrol the students into

  8. Click on the tick boxes for all of the students to be enrolled into the sessions

  9. Scroll down and click on the Enrol In Sessions button
