TCSI Reporting > Bulk Push: Push Records in OrderWhen pushing records in Paradigm in bulk using the TCSI Reporting > Bulk Push menus on the side, always push the records in order. Starting from the first record section which will appear on top down to the UNIT ENROLMENTS section. This is important as the records on top have implications and are related to the records below. For example: When you navigate to TCSI Reporting > Bulk Push menus, checked the Show records that need to be pushed to TCSI and clicked SEARCH. Image AddedThe search resulted in the following order: Image AddedImage AddedImage AddedImage AddedImage Added Therefore, when you do the submission of records, you click the SUBMIT RECORDS in order: PROGRAM CAMPUSES COURSES STUDENTS COURSE ENROLMENTS UNIT ENROLMENTS

Before you begin these instructions, please make sure that the student record has meet the following criteria as specified in the TCSI Push Rules: Only scheduled units with a census date will be pushed. Only units that have a unit type of Tuition Unit will be pushed. Course Enrolment must have a UID15 - Course Admission Packet The scheduled unit provider record must have a post code The unit must have an EFTSL value - E339 The unit must have a Unit of Study Code - E354 The unit must have a discipline code - E464 The scheduled unit must have a year long indicator - E622 The unit enrolment start date - E600 The unit end date - E601 The unit enrolment status must have a mapping to a specific Paradigm status value - E355 The Campus record must have a UID2 - VET Only

Load the Unit Enrolment page, see Navigating to a Single Unit Enrolment screen Click the SAVE UNIT ENROLMENT button. Did any error messages appear? YES: Refer to the TCSI Validation Errors FAQs page If you can’t find the error code on the FAQ page, raise a Support Ticket.
NO: Make sure that the student unit enrolment record Student > Summary: UNIT ENROLMENTS section - last column is showing . You can also check the TCSI Unique Identifier fieldof that unit enrolment within the unit enrolment page TCSI INFORMATION section.Repeat the same steps for all the other unit enrolment records until the records are valid.
NOTE: All Unit Enrolments related to a Course Enrolment must be updated with a correct final outcome for the unit, before you attempt to report a final outcome for the Course Enrolment. Using different words, it is not possible to set a final outcome for a course enrolment, if the unit enrolments within it do not yet have a final outcome status value. |
