Overview
Configuring your Scheduled Program to have interviews/auditions as an entry requirement is an optional workflow of your Online Applicant Portal. Note that currentlyinitially, Paradigm (Online Applicant Portal) is configured that all interview/audition sessions must be billable with, and requires online payment.
However, [ a recent update has just been made available] if you opt for some courses/programs to bypass the application fee, you which gives you the ability to bypass the credit card payment section of the application process, and take the applicant straight to the session selection screen. You can do so by referring to the workflow below, else, contact our Support Teamfor more details.

The instructions below assume that a Course designed to have Interview or Audition schedules is already created as one of the Scheduled Unit in Paradigm with all the possible interview/audition sessions/schedules. If not, refer to the following instruction:
