Objective

This is the a short description of the content of the KB, it gives user an idea of what they will be able to achieve with all the information from this KB.

Assumptions

This part of the KB states the basic requirements for user to be able to understand this KB or any access required to carry out the task explained in this KB.

Key terms and concepts

- This is the email address of the sender

- This is the first name of sender (blank if the sender is a provider)

- This is the last name of sender (blank if the sender is a provider)

{url_read_tracker}

- This is a 1 pixel image, that when added to an email, upon opening the email on the clientside, the email will be marked as opened in paradigm.

- Receiver's first name

- Reciever's last name

- The communication event/email subject

To be able to add in other fields from the student record is not currently possible
