Implications

BE ADVISED

Different assessments can be linked to delivery methods. e.g. If an online unit requires a different assessment to that of an in-class unit, add the different one including the specific delivery method and then click the ADD ASSESSMENTS FOR DELIVERY MODE button to add the specific ones.

NOTE

When running an Assessment Results Report in Paradigm, please take note, that the assessment results section would only allow in between 1 to 6 assessments per scheduled unit, exceeding this count will cause the template to fail.

As an alternative, you can use the base report named “Scheduled Assessment View Details” to help you extract a list of assessments from Paradigm. For more information on our Report Builder Menu, refer to this article: Report Builder.

 5. How to Delete Scheduled Assessments where there are Results Entered

5. How to DELETE Scheduled Assessments where there are Results Entered

BE ADVISED

The process of deleting assessment results is not something we encourage as it is a destructive action.

However, if you wish to remove a scheduled assessment then you must first remove all results associated with that record. This is achieved on a student by student basis via the screen found: STUDENT > Course Enrolment > Assessments.

STEP 1 Remove all results associated with the record.

1 Search for and load the student record.

2 Verify and confirm that the loaded course enrolment is the correct one.

3 Choose Student > Course Enrolment > Assessments menus on the side.

4 Identify the scheduled unit containing the assessment results that need to be removed.

5 Click the ACTIONS button on the right of that scheduled unit, and then click Edit Assessments.

NOTE: Repeat steps 4-7 for all scheduled units with the scheduled assessments record on them that you want to delete.

6 Scroll down the page and go to the EDIT ASSESSMENTS RESULTS Form section. Identify the assessment(s) records that need to be deleted.

7 Click the DELETE button on the right of the assessment record to be deleted.

NOTE: Repeat the steps 1-7 to all students with the scheduled assessments associated to their scheduled units that you need to delete or remove from the system.

STEP 2 Delete the scheduled assessment record.

INFO: The steps below assume that all scheduled assessments record from all students scheduled units containing the assessment(s) to be deleted are already being deleted from their record.

1, 2 Choose Units > Search Scheduled Units menus on the side.

3 Search for and load the desired scheduled unit/s. Click the blue hyperlink of the Scheduled Unit No which the assessments to be deleted are associated to.

4 After selecting the scheduled unit, scroll down the page and go to the ASSESSMENTS Form section. Click the 📝 EDIT button associated with the scheduled assessments(s) that needs to be deleted.

5 An EDIT SCHEDULED ASSESSMENT DETAILS Form section will open. Click the DELETE ASSESSMENT button located below this form.
