The Course Section shows all the details for a particular course enrolment for a student. These fields include Government reporting data as well as other required fields.
The Course Plan page allows students to enrol themselves into units for the upcoming study period. Staff with a level of access that allows them to change student records, can also help students to enrol in units.
The Units page can be used to bypass the Course Plan page to enrol a student into units. Enrolments made in this way are normally performed by a Course Advisor.
The Units Edit Page allows for Unit details for a student to be edited in bulk. Details include the unit start date, expected end date, final grade, grade description, unit fee, upfront payment, amount paid, funding amount, HEIMS loan fee and subsidy amount.
The Advisor Reports page is where overviews of Thesis progress reports can be created, edited and saved.
The Reviews page is for creating and editing student reviews. These reviews can be for thesis progress or other academic reviews.
Enrol in Units
The Enrol In Units page shows the courses that a student is enrolled in, the student's course outline, and a summary of the units that the student was enrolled in, and the units that the student is yet to complete.
Once the student's enrolled units have been saved, the Timetable page allows a student to view their weekly timetable.
The scholarship page allows you to create, edit and save the details related to any scholarship for a student, including any assessments and payments.
The Experience page allows you to record details and track progress for units that involve work placements or work experience. You can record placement reports, tracking of letters, placement materials and placement details
The Assessments page lists academic progress for all units that a student is enrolled in. These can be set up within the either the Base unit or the Scheduled Units. Once a student is enrolled in a unit the individual assessment grades can be recorded here or within the Reports section of the side menu.

TCSI REPORTING Commonly Used Enrolment Statuses with Descriptions and TCSI Reporting Value
Each institution defines their own enrolment statuses within the system, but many are common across the sector. These are the most common ones used.
NOTE
For a Course Enrolment Status of (4 value - TCSI E599) in which case, using the Deferred or Leave of Absence statuses in the list below, it is assumed that before you set the status to these two (Deferred or Leave of Absence), all unit enrolments are already reported to TCSI with valid statuses.
If the student will go back to study (in the future), start with editing the Course Enrolment Record (Status, Expected End Date, Leave End Date, other required fields).
