Inconsistent coding of Student Status Code (E490) and Citizen Resident Code (E358).
TCSI Error Description
Please check the Citizen Resident Code (E358) and the Student Status Code (E490). Only domestic students (E358 is '1', '2', '3', or '8') can have a Student Status Code (E490) of '110', '111', '204', '232', '233' '260', '261', '262', '270', '271', '301', '302', '303', '304', '305', '340' or '341'.
Error Logic
If Student Status Code (E490) is '110', '111', '204', '232', '233' '260', '261', '262', '270', '271', '301', '302', '303', '304', '305', '340' or '341', then on the Unit of Study Census Date (E489), the Student (UID8) must have a Citizen Resident Code (E358) of '1', '2', '3' or '8'.
Paradigm Error Resolution
Either the citizenship packet has not been submitted, or the unit enrolment census date is before the dates defined on the citizenship packet. Load the STUDENT TCSI EDIT screen, check the contents of the field “Effective From Date” on the citizenship packet, amend the value if required, then submit the packet again to TCSI.
Make sure that the value of E490 HEIMS Student Status field (from Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit, COURSE ENROLMENT DETAILS section) matches with E358 Citizen Resident Code field which is a subpacket on student course enrolment record (Student > Course enrolment > Student TCSI Edit, STUDENT: CITIZENSHIP subpacket, click the EDIT button to edit). To resolve this error, you need to load the record, double check the value in both E490 HEIMS Student Status and E358 Citizen Resident Code.
