TCSI Error Code - 10605

Attempt to report a duplicate unit enrolment record.

TCSI Error Description

Please check the Unit of Study Census Date (E489), Student Resource Key (UID8) and the Unit of Study Code (E354). There can only be one unit enrolment record with the same combination of Unit of Study Census Date (E489), Student Resource Key (UID8) and Unit of Study Code (E354).

Error Logic

If there are multiple active Unit Enrolment records (UID16) with the same Student Resource Key (UID8)/ Unit of Study Code (E354) combination then, for those active Unit Enrolment records, the Unit of Study Census Date (E489) must not be the same.

Paradigm Error Resolution

Likely triggered by the presence of rule 10364. Please refer to the instructions for that rule: TCSI Error Code - 10364.

This issue can stem from the client reporting the unit enrolment in one (1) course, then sending "withdrawn without penalty" for the first course, then enrolling in the same unit for a second course enrolment.
