The Year Left School (E572) indicates that the student left school more than 85 years ago.

Please check that the reported Year Left School (E572) is correct for the student.

Error Logic

If the Year Left School (E572) is not blank (null), then the Year Left School (E572) would normally be greater than the current date minus 85 years.

Paradigm Error Resolution

Contrary to the error description, the real cause is where the year left school field has been reported with a blank value. Update the field on the TCSI Student Edit screen prior to attempting another submission of the student record via TCSI.

How to edit the year left school field in Paradigm:

1 Load the Student Summary page.

2 Choose Student > Student Details > Edit Details menus on the side. This will load the student edit details page.

3 Go to the TCSI Edit Screen via Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit menus on the side.

4 In the TCSI Edit screen, go to the Semester/Term/Current Address Details section, and look for the (E572) Year left school field. Choose the appropriate value.
