Paradigm Error - TCSI_2020_UNIT_ADMISSION_POST

This is a Paradigm error that occurs when the scheduled unit census date is set before 1st January 2021.
Unit enrolments that meet this criterion should have been reported via HEPCAT, validated, and signed off as correct prior to transitioning to TCSI reporting. Changes made to these records within Paradigm will not be automatically reported to the government.
Revisions to these historical records must be made manually, first on the record within Paradigm, and then separately to the government version of the record using the TCSI Data Entry portal.
