TCSI Error Code - 10528

The Year Left School (E572) is before the Date of Birth (E314).

TCSI Error Description

Please check the Year Left School (E572) and the Date of Birth (E314) for the student. The year the student left school must be after the student's date of birth.

Error Logic
If the Year Left School (E572) is not blank (null), then the Year Left School (E572) must be after the Date of Birth (E314).

Paradigm Error Resolution

Contrary to the error description, the real cause is where the year left school field has been reported with a blank value. Update the field on the TCSI Student Edit screen prior to attempting another submission of the student record via TCSI.

1 Load the student record.

2 After loading the Student Summary Page, choose Student > Student Details > Edit Details menus on the side. This will load the student edit details page.

3 Go to the TCSI Edit Screen via Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit menus on the side.

4 In the TCSI Edit screen, go to the Semester/Term/Current Address Details section, and look for the Year left school field. Choose the appropriate value.
