TCSI Error Code - 10301

The EFTSL (E339) is null on both the Unit Enrolment packet and the AOU Extension packet.

TCSI Error Description

Please report the EFTSL (E339) either on the Unit Enrolment packet or the AOU Extension packet.

Error Logic

The EFTSL (E339) must not be blank (null) on both the Unit Enrolment packet and the AOU Extension packet.

Paradigm Error Resolution

• Unit enrolments reported via TCSI must contain an EFTSL value that is greater than zero. Check the field labelled EFTSL Load on the unit enrolment screen. The EFTSL is normally defaulted by a value on the base unit. Each time a unit enrolment is created, Paradigm will assign the appropriate EFTSL value. Check and make sure that the correct value is set on the base unit.

• Unit enrolments created to track recognition of prior learning (RPL) do not need to be reported for non-Vet Student Loan Higher Education enrolments. This information is instead reported as part of the prior credit packet located on the TCSI Student Edit screen.
